IT was originally designed as a vacation home but is easily adaptable to year round living. It has a compact plan focused on porch living and can easily be expanded in a variety of ways without changing the overall character. Wall construction details include 2 x 6 framing with exterior foam sheathing creating a state of the art energy efficient shell. Living room is 14' square on the exterior. It would also be possible to add a wood or gas stove. There are a number of ways to enlarge the house to accommodate different functional needs. The main house is 34' wide x 28' deep plus porches.
